This application is for bringing on record the heirs of deceased/Applicant No.1 Bhamabai Ravan Dhumal, who died on 3rd July 2009. The present applicant Nos.2 to 4 are already on record. There is delay 5195 days caused in filing the application. 2.

For the reasons stated in the application, delay stands condoned. Application is allowed. The applicants to delete the name of deceased Bhamabai Dhumal in the cause title of the appeal and application within a period of four weeks from today.
