Heard the learned counsel for the applicants. None present for the appellant.

The appellant was the driver of the offending vehicle. Considering the facts of the case, this court granted stay to the execution of the award on the condition to deposit Rs.50,000/-. The applicant wants to withdraw the said amount. In view of the facts of the case, the civil application of withdrawal is allowed.

The applicants are allowed to withdraw Rs.50,000/- deposited with this Court, as per the order of this Court on the

Last chance is granted to deposit the statutory amount on or before the next date.
