The grievance of the Petitioners is that, their proposal dated 14/16-02-2017, forwarded by Respondent No.2/Director of Health Services, Maharashtra State, Mumbai to Respondent No.1/ Principal Secretary, Public Health Department, Mumbai, is still not decided.

The learned A.G.P. submits that a reasonable time may be granted to decide the proposal of the Petitioners. 3.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off. Let Respondent No.1 decide the proposals of the Petitioners, by following the due procedure laid down in law and by granting
