All the Petitioners are working at Nashik in the College operated by the 4th and the 5th Respondent. The cause of action has arisen at Nashik. Not even a part of the cause of action has arisen in the district which is amenable to the jurisdiction of the Aurangabad Bench. The learned advocate for the Petitioners prays for transferring the proceedings to the Principal Seat at Mumbai.

In view of the above, this petition stands disposed off from the file of the Aurangabad Bench.

We direct the Registry to transfer this proceeding to the Principal Seat at Mumbai.
