It is submitted by the learned advocate for the Petitioner that during the pendency of this Petition, the husband of the Petitioner for whom the petition was filed is found. He submits that, now no purpose would be served by keeping the petition pending and same be disposed of.

Learned APP also submits that the Petitioner's husband is found and is before the Court.

In view of above submissions, no further directions are required to be issued and, therefore, the Petition is disposed of as infructuous.
