Mr. S. A. Deshmukh, learned counsel appears for the respondents / bank in all the applications for withdrawal of amount. There is no objection to the civil applications for withdrawal of the amounts filed by the applicants.

The learned counsel for the applicants has also relied upon an order passed by this court dated 29.03.2023, in Civil Application No.16099 of 2022, in Writ Petition No.7947 of 2022 along with connected matters.
