Learned AGP was directed to take instructions as to when the further process of auction would be conducted. The representations of the petitioner dated 6.12.2023 and 11.12.2023 were on the same line as to when auction procedure would be completed. Learned AGP is producing the communication from Superintendent, Excise Department, Nanded dated 23.1.2024, wherein it is stated that the auction would be held on 25.1.2024.
