These applications are for seeking condonation of delay of 2356 days caused in filing appeal seeking for enhancement of compensation amount.

( 2 ) 919 CA 202-22 2.

Learned AGP for the respondents-State has objected for condonation of delay.

The applicants have stated the reasons for delay in para 4 to 6 of the applications. Besides that, it is submitted that though the award was dated 08.04.2013, however, the compensation amount has been deposited on 12.09.2019. It is submitted that due to paucity of funds, the applicants were not in a position to take expeditious steps. 4.

Having regard to the nature of litigation, delay stands condoned subject to, the applicants are not entitled for interest or any other statutory benefits for the delayed period.

All applications stand disposed of.
