Heard learned A.P.P. This is an appeal for enhancement of sentence. The respondents were convicted for offence punishable under Section 324 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code and were sentenced to suffer rigorous imprisonment for 25 days, already undergone, with a fine of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand) and Rs.15,000/- (Rupees fifteen thousand). Considering the nature of offence and the quantum of sentence imposed, this Court do not fiond it to be a fit case even to issue notice in the matter. The order

dates back to September 2015. After having gone through the impugned judgment and order of conviction, the Court is not inclined to even issue notice in the matter. The appeal stands dismissed.
