This is an application for condonation of delay of 1306 days in preferring appeal.

There is no serious opposition to the application, for condonation of delay, on behalf of the respondent-claimant.

The applicant has deposited the entire amount of compensation. The respondent-claimant is permitted to withdraw 75% thereof, by a separate order passed by this Court.

Therefore, for the reasons assigned in the application for condonation of delay and to advance cause of substantive justice, the delay deserves to be condoned.
