The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits on instructions that before he could file this petition on 10.12.2019, the Enquiry Commission conducted an enquiry and tendered an extensive report (118 pages) dated 03.04.2019, to Respondent No.2. A copy of the said report is received by the Petitioner with a covering letter dated 09.12.2021, addressed to him by the Information Officer Cum Assistant Administrative Officer, Office of the Deputy Director, Agriculture Division, Latur. A copy of the said report alongwith the covering letter, is taken on record and collectively marked as ' X'

for identification.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off with a direction to Respondent No.4 to follow the due procedure laid down in law and initiate appropriate action as may be permissible. Adequate opportunity of hearing would be extended to all the stake holders. A compliance report shall be tendered to this Court through the Registrar (Judicial), on 01.11.2023.
