After hearing for some time, when this court found that the representation submitted to the authority, namely; Collector, Parbhani is not in consonance with the order of this Court dated 10.06.2019, the learned counsel for the petitioner admitted the error committed by the petitioner and on instructions, prayed for withdrawal of the petition with liberty to approach the Collector, Parbhani with a proper representation, which would be in consonance with the order of this Court dated 10.06.2019 and not travelling beyond the scope of the order of this Court.

The contempt petition is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
