It is an application for stay moved by the insurance company. Heard Mr. Kanade, learned counsel for applicant/insurance company, Mr. Wakure, learned counsel for claimants and Mr. Kedar, learned counsel for owner of vehicle.

It is revealed during the course of argument that the insurance company has deposited entire decretal amount in this Court and complied with the interim stay order. As such, the interim stay granted by this Court needs to be made absolute. Hence, the following order is passed:

I.

The application is hereby allowed.

II.

The interim stay granted by this Court vide order dated 21st February, 2022, is hereby confirmed till final decision of the appeal.

III.

Inform to the concerned Tribunal/Executing Court accordingly.
