The learned Advocate for the petitioners submits that the petitioners would be satisfied if directions are issued to the respondents to consider and decide its representation (Exhibit-E) expeditiously.

We dispose of the writ petition by directing the respondents to take appropriate decision on the petitioners' representation (Exhibit-E) dated 13.08.2015, if it has not already been taken, as expeditiously as possible and in any case within eight weeks.
