This matter was heard for a considerable time. After we expressed our disinclination, the learned Advocate for the petitioner submitted on instructions that the petitioner desires to withdraw this petition and prefer a civil suit for making out a case for compensation.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off, as withdrawn. If the petitioner prefers any legal remedy, the concerned learned Court would deal with the same, on it's own merits.
