P., on instructions in writing, submits that initially though the charge sheet came to be fled against Respondents No.4 and 5 in connection with Crime No.340/2019, registered with City Chowk Police Station, Aurangabad, for the offences punishable under Sections 447, 448, 323, 504 and 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, Respondent No.3 has fled supplementary charge sheet against Respondents No. 6 and 7.

In view of the same, nothing survives for further
