Heard learned counsel for applicant.

Learned counsel for applicant on instructions submits that Insurance Company will deposit amount in terms of Award within eight weeks.

In view of the statement made, civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B' subject to condition to deposit the amount in terms of Award within eight weeks from the date of this order. Failure to deposit the amount within stipulated period, the order granting stay stands recalled and application stands rejected.
