We have heard Mrs. Rasal, the learned advocate for the petitioners and Mr. Kadethankar, the learned advocate for respondent Nos. 1 to 3 in all these matters.

The grievance of the petitioners is that, the petitioners had submitted the nomination form for contesting election. They had filled in the nomination form online and also in physical form, however, their names do not appear in the list of contesting candidates.

The petitioners also contended that, representations are given to the authorities. The learned Single Judge of this Court in vacation on 27th December, 2019 directed respondent Nos. 1 and 2 to take decision upon representations of the petitioners. Mr. Kadethankar, the learned advocate for respondents submits that, pursuant to order of this Court decision is taken and representations of petitioners are rejected.

In the present matters, all facts pleaded by petitioners and denied by respondents are disputed questions of facts. It would not be possible to accept the contention in the writ jurisdiction. 5.

In case the election petition is maintainable, then the petitioners may avail the said remedy as is permissible in law. In that context all contentions of respective parties are kept open. 6.
