Application is submitted to the respondent Corporation in December, 2019. Mr. Tope learned counsel for respondent submits that respondent Corporation would take decision upon the said application. 2.

Mr. Totala, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that ofcer of the petitioner would remain present before the respondent on 12.03.2020.

The Representative of the petitioner shall remain present before the respondent on 12.03,.2020. The respondent Corporation shall take decision upon upon the same, preferably within one month thereafter. 4.

Till the application is decided, the respondent would not proceed further with recovery pursuant to the impugned notice. 5.

We have not considered the submissions of either of the parties with regard to unauthorized construction of tower. The parties are at liberty to take appropriate steps.

The amount which is deposited by the petitioner with the Court under the order of this Court dated 03.01.2020 is without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the parties.

Writ petition disposed of. No costs.
