We have heard Mr. Salunke, the learned advocate for the petitioner, Mr. Upadhye, the learned advocate for the respondent No. 2 and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for respondents/State.

The petition was moved on the ground that the petitioner had filed an appeal before the State Government, however, as the appeal and stay petition was not heard, the present writ petition was filed for seeking interim protection. 3.

This Court under order dated 31st December, 2019 has granted protection to the petitioner.

The learned A. G. P. on instructions submits that, the matter is kept before the Hon'ble Minister on 13.02.2020. The parties may appear before the Hon'ble Minister on the said date. 5.

As the matter is now being heard by the Hon'ble Minister, we dispose of the writ petition. The parties shall co-operate in the disposal of the appeal and stay petition filed by the petitioner. No costs.
