This revision is preferred against order of learned designated Court under the M.P.I.D. Act at Nagpur dated 8.4.2003 rejecting applicant's prayer for discharge out of Special Case No.1 of 2002.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant has expired on 28.10.2016 and with Pursis vide Stamp No.3907 of 2016 has placed on record death certificate of applicant issued by the Municipal Corporation of Greater Bombay.

In that view of the matter, application stands disposed of as abated.
