Dated : 19 th March, 2018 This application is filed for speaking to minutes. This Court passed an order on 1-3-2018 in Criminal Application No.67 of 2018, suspending the sentence and releasing the accused on bail. In the first line of the order, it is stated that the application is filed by the accused No.2 convicted for the offence of gang rape under Section 376(d) read with Section 34 of Indian Penal Code and sentenced to suffer imprisonment for 20 years with fine. The application was in fact filed by the accused No.1, who is Sunil Pandurang Gaikwad and, therefore, the correction to that effect need to be carried out. It is for this purpose, this is the application.

1903appa220.18.odt Hence, in the order dated 1-3-2018, in the first sentence, the words "accused No.2" be replaced by the words "accused No.1-Sunil Pandurang Gaikwad". Necessary correction be carried out.

The criminal application stands disposed of.
