The order impugned in this petition is passed on 26-3-2002 passed by the Industrial Court, Nagpur in Complaint (ULP) No.517 of 2000, rejecting the application Exhibit 17 for intervention by the individual employees. The order is interlocutory in nature and does not call for any interference. Needless to say that it shall be open for the petitioner to challenge the order impugned by filing appropriate appeal or revision etc. as is available in law, if the ultimate decision of the Industrial Court goes against him.
