The only prayer made by the petitioners in the instant petition is for a direction to the respondents to decide the application for grant of retail outlet of liquid petroleum within a time frame. Shri Abhay Sambre, the learned counsel for the respondents, states that the respondents would decide the application as early as possible.

In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the respondents, we dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the respondents to decide the application within a period of two months. Order accordingly. No costs.
