This is an application for correcting typographical error in prayer clause (a) of the criminal application for bail and consequently correction in order dated 8.1.2018. 4.

In the prayer clause (a) of the criminal application for bail, it is mentioned that the applicant be released on bail in the instant Crime No.356/2017 registered with Kotwali Police .....2/-

Station, Amravati.

Learned counsel Shri Sahil Dewani for the applicant submits that this is a typographical mistake and crime number should have been Crime No.356/2016.

Learned counsel Shri Sahil Dewani for the applicant submits that it is his mistake and, therefore, permission be granted to him to correct the crime number in the application for bail.

Since typing mistake has occurred due to the mistake on the part of the Advocate, litigants should not suffer. 8.

Learned counsel Shri Sahil Dewani for the applicant submits that he is ready to deposit the costs of Rs.1,000/- to the High Court Bar Association at Nagpur. 9.

Learned counsel Shri Sahil Dewani for the applicant is permitted to carry out the amendment immediately in prayer clause (a) of the criminal application for bail. 10.

Consequently, in order dated 8.1.2018 in stead of Crime No.356/2017 registered with Kotwali Police Station, Amravati, it should be read as Crime No.356/2016 registered with Kotwali Police Station, Amravati.

Amendment be carried out immediately.

Learned counsel Shri Sahil Dewani for the applicant to place on record the copy of the receipt showing the payment of costs to the High Court Bar Association at Nagpur by 16.1.2018.
