Shri V.B.Gawali, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the Upa-Sarpanch has been declared elected unopposed, the grievance raised in the writ petition does not survive. He seeks Corrected as per Hon'ble Court's order dated 10.01.2023 leave to withdraw the writ petition.

The writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn. For the reasons contained in the order passed in Writ Petition No.23 of 2013 (Pradip T. Shahare and ors vs. The State Election Commission through its Secretary and anr.) on 04.01.2023, ad-interim order granted on 03.01.2023 stands vacated. Consequences shall accordingly follow.
