The Official Liquidator was directed to remit the balance amount of Rs.21,91,221/- lying to the credit of the Company in the common pool account after deducting the amounts towards administrative expenses, professional charges, etc.

3] The order has been complied with. The compliance report is tendered across the bar by the Official Liquidator. Taken on record and marked article 'X' for identification.
