This is an application filed by the original claimants-respondent nos.1 and 2, seeking withdrawal of the amount of compensation, which is deposited in this court.

Heard learned counsel for the claimantsrespondent nos.1 and 2. Learned counsel for appellant absent.

In view of the urgency made out for the requirement of this amount, application is allowed partly.

Respondent nos.1 and 2 are permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount of compensation deposited in the court, subject to filing of usual undertaking and also furnishing the solvent surety/security to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial).

Application is disposed of accordingly.
