Leave is sought to challenge the judgment of acquittal dated 18.8.2018 rendered by the 24th Judicial Magistrate First Class (Special Court for 138 N.I. Act) in Summary Complaint case 22677 of 2015.

The complaint is dismissed under section 256(1) of the Criminal Procedure Code, 1973.

An arguable case is made out.

Hence, leave to appeal is granted.

The appeal be registered.

Issue notice to respondent for final hearing returnable on 30.7.2019 on the office and residential address of the respondent.
