The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition to file an appropriate proceedings as available under the law.

He further prays for extension of interim relief granted by this Court vide order dated 02.01.2024, for one week. 4.

Shri Deshpande, learned GP strongly opposes such request. 5.

As the petitioner is running the shop since 2005, I am of the opinion that no prejudice would be caused to the other side, if the interim relief is extended by seven days. 6.

The permission to withdraw the present petition is granted. nd.thawre

According, the writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn. 8.

Interim relief granted by this Court vide order dated 02.01.2024 shall continue for seven days from today. 9.

On expiry of seven days, it shall stand vacated automatically.

10. If an appeal is filed, the learned Commissioner shall not get influenced by the stay granted by this Court and shall decide the application, if the petitioners file for grant of interim relief, on its own merits in accordance with law.
