By this application, leave is sought to incur expenses towards purchase of items mentioned in paragraph no.5 of the pursis dated 28/01/2022, for the purpose of various companies in liquidation from and out of the funds lying in the credit of the Common Pool fund accounts.

It is stated that the Official Liquidator is facing difficulties in meeting the day to day expenses on administration of various companies in liquidation with regard to purchase and maintenance of the items for the purpose of various companies in liquidation. Having considered the reason stated in the application, the Official Liquidator is permitted to

2 40 olr 3-2022 incur expenses to the tune of Rs.5,21,698/- towards purchase and maintenance of items mentioned in paragraph no.5 of the pursis dated 28/01/2022. 5.

OLR stands disposed of in above terms.
