Heard learned counsel Shri N.S. Giripunje for the applicant and learned Additional Public Prosecutor Shri N.B. Jawade for the State so also perused the reply filed on behalf of the State.

As per the prosecution case, a secret information was received that liquor is being transported in the Chandrapur district. As per the information, the police party made a raid at Mamla Forest Area. A Truck was apprehended and from the said Truck, 500 boxes containing 48 bottles in each box were seized. Worth of the said liquor is more than Rs.75.00 lacs. From the spot, one Rajkumar Sadhu Sharma was apprehended and the others fled away. Subsequently, the investigating agency also arrested Manmohan Sharma. During the interrogation of .....2/-

aba2.18 20 the said, according to the prosecution, he revealed name of the applicant. On getting lead, the investigating agency has conducted the investigation. During the investigation, it was found that the applicant, who was using the cell of his brother, was in continuous touch with co-accused persons. 3.

Thus, there is a material against the present applicant. No case is made out. The criminal application is rejected.
