DATED : 09/01/2020 Civil Application No.09/2019 has been filed by two applicants seeking correction of description of property in the report submitted by the Official Liquidator. Civil Application No.02/2020 has been filed by the Official Liquidator making a similar prayer. The said applicants and Official Liquidator have also made a prayer for confirmation of sale deed registered in the office of the Sub Registrar dated 02/07/2009, pertaining to the property in question.

It is stated in both the applications that erroneously description of the property had not been correctly placed on record and that therefore, correction of description of the property is necessary and consequent order of confirmation of sale deed is also necessary in the interest of justice.

In view of the fact that applicants in Civil Application No.09/2019 and the Official Liquidator in Civil Application No.02/2020 have made identical prayers before this Court, both the applications are allowed. Consequently the description of the property is directed to be corrected as per the prayers made in the applications and the sale deed dated 02/07/2009 registered in the office of the Sub-Registrar, Haveli-1, Pune at 4360/2009, is confirmed.
