By the order dated 18.06.2025, the petitioner was directed to deposit Rs.1 lakh to establish his bonafides, within the period of four weeks from the date of order. The petitioner did not comply the said order and failed to deposit the amount as directed by this Court within the stipulated period.

On 24.07.2025, when the matter was listed, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner. Accordingly, the matter was adjourned for today. Today, the matter is listed under the caption for 'dismissal'. Despite the same, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner. Thus, it appears that, the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the present petition.

Accordingly, it is disposed of.
