Heard Mr. Narwade, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mrs. Mehta, learned Assistant Government Pleader for respondent Nos.1 and 2. 2.

Mr. Narwade, learned counsel for the petitioners, submits that on the strength of interim relief granted by this Court, the petitioners had appeared at the examination for getting admission to D.Ed Course in English medium, but, the petitioners had failed to clear the examination and, as a result, the petitioners could not secure their admission to the D.Ed Course in English medium. He further submits that now the petitioners are not interested in prosecuting the petition.

It appears that the interim relief granted by this Court itself has served the purpose of the petition and, therefore, now the petition is rendered infructuous. 4.

The Writ Petition is disposed of as infructuous. No costs.
