nd MARCH , 2023 The present application is filed by the applicant for condonation of delay in filing review application. 2.

Shri R.G. Bagul, learned counsel appears for non-applicants and submits that he will file 'Vakalatnama' within a week. 3.

The reason put forth by the applicant for delay is that inadvertent circumstances and administrative difficulties beyond the control of the applicant. The Act of Limitation is applicable for all persons and government offices equally. As such, though I am inclined to condone the delay, however, subject to costs of Rs. 2,000/- to be paid to the non-applicants within a period of four weeks.
