Heard Ms. S.B. Khobragade learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri N.S. Rao, learned A.P.P. for the State. 3.

By this petition, the petitioner, who is in Central Prison, Nagpur, is praying for quashing of the order dated 22/03/2019 passed by the D.I.G. Prisons refusing to release the petitioner on furlough leave.

After detailed hearing, when this Court was about to dismiss the writ petition, the learned counsel for the petitioner Ms. S.B. Khobragade would submit that she wishes to withdraw this writ petition.

The Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

Further it is made clear that for two years, the petitioner is
