DATED : 20/02/2023 Civil Application (CAF) No.225/2023 By preferring this application, appellants are seeking permission for amending the title cause in respect of the name of appellant No.4.
As per the contention of the appellants that name of the appellant No.4 is wrongly mentioned. According to the appellants, her name is mentioned as Pramila Lumesh Chavan. However, as per record, her name is Meera Lumesh Chavan. As per the Aadhar Card, her name is Meera Lumesh Chavan.
In view of the reasons mentioned in the application, appellants are permitted to correct the name of appellant No.4 as Meera Lumesh Chavan. Necessary amendment be carried out in a stipulated period. Civil Application is disposed of.
