Heard. Perused the first information report and the statement of witnesses.

The prosecutrix is aged about 17 years and from what is stated in the F.I.R. the possibility of prosecutrix having attained the age of understanding the consequences of her conduct is not ruled out and so I am of the view that now this application deserves to be allowed. This is all the most so because the charge-sheet has been filed. Hence, the order.:

The application is allowed.

The applicant be released on bail on his furnishing a P. R. Bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- together with one solvent surety in the like amount on the conditions that he shall regularly attend the Court on the dates fixed in the matter, shall cooperate the Court in expeditious disposal of the case and shall not tamper with the prosecution witnesses.

Hamdast is granted.
