Shri Kidilay, the learned counsel for the petitioner, states that during the pendency of the writ petition, the petitioner was permitted by the respondent - M.I.D.C. to deposit the entire amount payable towards the allotment of the plot and the agreement of allotment is executed in favour of the petitioner on 3.7.2015. It is stated that in view of the subsequent development, the petitioner's grievance would not survive at this stage.

In view of the statement made by the learned counsel, we dispose of the writ petition, with no order as to costs. JUDGE JUDGE Gulande
