CIVIL APPLICATION [O] NO.613 OF 2019 This is an application filed by the applicants for restoration of stay and for recall of order to deposit cost of Rs.50,000/-.

Heard. Perused the application. Learned advocate for the applicants submits that within one week he would be depositing the cost of Rs.50,000/- in this Court. In view thereof, he requested for restoration of the stay.

In view of the fact that the applicants are ready to deposit the cheque of Rs.50,000/- in the Court towards the cost within a period of one week, stay granted by this Court dated 6.7.2018 is hereby restored. With this order, Civil Application stands disposed of.
