Shri A.M. Ghare, learned counsel for the petitioner, states that in view of availability of general remedy, the petitioner seeks liberty to withdraw the writ petition.

However, he states that in order to avail of the alternate remedy, interim protection granted by this Court may be continued for a period of four weeks more from today.

The request made by Shri A.M. Khare, learned counsel for the petitioner, is being vehemently opposed by Shri M. Anilkumar, .....2/-

However, we are inclined to allow the petition to be withdrawn with liberty to avail alternate remedy as are permissible in law.

The writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.

Interim protection granted by this Court earlier shall be continued for a period of four weeks more from today and the same shall be ceased to operate thereafter automatically.
