By these applications, the Applicant has sought to condone the delay of 86 days in filing the appeals under Section 173 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988.

Ms. M. M. Ghatode, learned Counsel for Respondent No.1 as well as Mr. S. Walde h/f Mr. C. D. Rohankar, learned Counsel for Respondent No.2 have no objection.

In view of the said statement and in view of the reasons stated in the applications, delay is condoned. Appeals be registered after removing office objections, if any. 4.
