Civil Application (F) No.2286/2017:

This application is filed by respondents for grant of urgent hearing of this first appeal on the count that the respondent Nos.1 and 2 are the senior citizens and have attained the age of 78 and 65 years respectively, and are suffering from various diseases.

Though the learned counsel for the respondent Nos.1 to 3 is absent, as the learned counsel for the appellant has no objection to expedite the hearing of the appeal, the application is allowed. The appeal is kept for final hearing after three weeks.
