The Application is opposed by the learned counsel for the respondent and he submits that some time be granted to file reply to this Petition.

We do not think that any purpose would be served by giving time to the respondent as what has been sought to be brought on record is in the nature of subsequent events to filing of the petition which, in the opinion of the petitioner, are relevant to be brought on record for appropriate and effective adjudication of the dispute involved in the petition.

The Civil Application is therefore allowed. Amendment be carried out to the petition within one week from the date of the order. The copy of the amended petition be filed on record and also supplied to the learned counsel for the respondent within one week thereafter.
