The challenge raised in this writ petition is to the order passed by the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal dated 31.03.2006 by which the said original application preferred by the respondent seeking the relief of regularization of his services on a Class-IV post has been allowed.

In the impugned order, reference is made to the earlier adjudication in O.A. No.691 of 1997 and the fact that the writ petition challenging that order had been dismissed by the High Court. After hearing the learned counsel for the parties, it is found that there is no reason to interfere with the order passed by the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal. It is undisputed that the order dated 31.01.2002 passed in O.A. No.691 of 1997 had been challenged by filing a writ petition and that challenge has been turned down. ble Supreme Court in Civil Appeal Nos.10064-10075 of 2010 dated 25.09.2019.
