This Court has already taken a view that this Court is not being an Executing Court, no writ can be issued to compel the respondents to act on a recommendation of the Disputes Resolution Committee constituted by the respondents and that too, in a time bound manner, and that the remedy for compelling the respondents would lie elsewhere. 3.

No ground has been made to enable us to find any error apparent on the face of the record. The review application stands dismissed.
