DATED : APRIL 5, 2019 It is not necessary for us to entertain this petition for the reason that challenge of the petitioner to his termination is pending before the School Tribunal and unless that is decided finally, no relief can be granted as claimed in this petition.

In view of above, we direct the School Tribunal to decide the lis on its own merits within a period of three months from the date when parties appear before the School Tribunal. With these observations, the petition is dismissed.
