The applicants are apprehending arrest in Crime 377/2020 registered with Police Station Pusad (Rural), Tahsil Pusad, District Yavatmal for offences punishable under Sections 143, 147, 149, 323, 324, 354(B), 395, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Vide order dated 05.01.2021 the applicants were protected and directed to attend the police station, which they have done.

The investigation is almost complete.

The co-accused are arrested and released on bail. Cross-reports are lodged concerning the same incident. 4.

Perusal of the material in the case diary indicates that custodial interrogation of the applicants, who are

aba2.21.O.odt women, may not be necessary considering the stage and progress of the investigation. The applicants do not have antecedent and are not likely to be a flight risk. 5.

The interim protection granted vide order dated 05.01.2021 is made absolute with the only modification that they shall attend the concerned police station, till the charge-sheet is filed, if required by the Investigating Officer. JUDGE NSN
