Heard Mrs. S.P. Bhatia, learned counsel for the petitioner appointed by the Legal Aid Committee, Nagpur, and Shri N.S. Rao, learned APP for the respondents.

Reply filed on behalf of the respondents - State shows that the petitioner has already completed his sentence of 26 years with all remission and he is released from Central Prison, Nagpur, on 01.12.2028. In view of the said, Mrs. Bhatia, learned counsel states that she wish to withdraw the present petition.

Criminal Writ Petition is disposed of as withdrawn.

Mrs. Bhatia, learned counsel for the petitioner is entitled for Rs.2,500/- (Rs. Two
